We'll buy your home for cash, so there is no need to prepare your home for sale or worry about a buyer's financing falling through. Since we can avoid the hassle of financing, we can close quickly and on your schedule.  If you don't want to sell to us, we can hook you up with one of our realtor partners to sell your home the traditional way.  If you want to sell your home yourself, we'll help you with that too using our proven For Sale by Owner Program.  Either way, we've got you covered!

When we meet with you we'll help you determine your next steps.  Is your plan to rent, or do you intend to buy a new home?  If you can't qualify for a traditional mortgage, we may be able to help you by being your lender.  We have more lenient guidelines than the banks, however, everyone's circumstances are different, so we'll analyze your situation to see how we can best help you.

We have specialized knowledge of the various financing options out there, and if you qualify for a mortgage, we can refer you to our mortgage division to get you pre-approved for a new home loan.  Mortgage brokers are better because they have more lenders to choose from which means more options, and they can do the program shopping for you (with just one credit report pull)!  If you can't qualify for a new mortgage now, we can put a plan in place to set you up for success in the future.
