Gale has been a mortgage broker, investor and business owner since 1999. Her extensive knowledge of the home buying and selling process in addition to her skills of organization, time management, and critical thinking (learned from her critical care nursing days), has given her the ability to help people sell their house in the fastest, easiest way possible. Gale wants the people she works with to be 100% comfortable throughout the entire process. To do that, she created an efficient process and a team of professionals with specialized knowledge.
David Jamison
David has a strong sales and lending background. David and Gale started a mortgage business in 1999 with a focus on helping people going through divorce. They quickly found a niche in that area as divorcing couples have complex financial scenarios requiring thorough analysis and creative solutions. David has taken his skills from the mortgage business to real estate investing world, and is a master of structuring "win wins" for both the buyer and seller.
Kyle Jamison
Speed is the name of the game, but the details are just as important. Kyle will get you to the finish line fast and hassle free! Kyle will be with you every step of the way, from collecting the details of your situation, analyzing your property, getting you the highest possible offer, and ensuring that the title work has been completed.
